The purposes of the processing:

Technical features:

We collect the domain name or IP address of your computer, the client's file request (file name and URL), the http response code and the website from which you are visiting us.
 
We use cookies, which are small text files that, for example, record that you have read and accepted our macs Software GmbH data protection information and are temporarily stored on your computer and stored in your browser.

We automatically collect the data that is collected when you visit our website. Furthermore, we collect data on the basis of your entries on our website or at your personal request, for example by handout your business card at a trade fair, we maintain your personal data manually in our system.

Duration of processing:
Your data will only be processed until the contract concluded with you has been fulfilled or until the applicable legal provisions provide for it, and within the time frame for the maintenance of our business relationship with you.
Business documents are kept for a maximum of 6 and 10 years in accordance with the requirements of the Commercial Code and the Tax Code.
As long as you do not object, we wants to use your data to maintain and intensify our trustful business relationship to our mutual advantage.
If you wish your data to be deleted, we will comply with this and immediately delete the data collected, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain the data.
